Terms of Service

Last updated: August 13, 2026

This page describes what the software actually does. Where it states a legal position, that position is ours and has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

1. What GrapeWire does

GrapeWire monitors social groups you ask us to watch, scores each post for buying intent, and sends you an alert when one matches your rules. It is a monitoring and notification service: it reads and reports. It does not comment, message, like, or post anything on your behalf, and there is no feature that would let it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and password, and for what your teammates do with the access you give them. Tell us at hello@grapewire.co if you believe an account has been compromised. You may export everything in your workspace at any time, and you may delete your workspace at any time; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use GrapeWire to spam, to send automated or unsolicited messages, to build a profile of a specific person, or to break the terms of any platform we monitor for you. Alerts contain other people's posts: treat them as you would want your own words treated. We may suspend a workspace that we believe is being used this way.

4. How the groups are read

We do not ask for, store, or use your social media login, and there is no field anywhere in the product for one. Facebook groups are read through accounts that we operate. This means the reading is subject to Facebook's own terms, which are between us and Facebook — but it also means what you receive depends on what those accounts can see, and that access can be interrupted without notice. We tell you when a source stops working; we cannot promise that it never will.

5. What we do not promise

We do not promise a number of leads, a score, a response time, or a revenue result. Intent scoring is a judgement made by a language model and it is sometimes wrong in both directions. Alert speed depends on how often the source platform can be polled without putting the reading account at risk, so it varies. Where we publish a measurement, we say how it was measured.

6. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Professional and Scale are billed monthly or yearly, whichever you chose at checkout, and you may cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops the next charge and your workspace stays active until the period you paid for ends. Inside the first 7 days after your first payment you may request a full refund of that payment by writing to hello@grapewire.co or through the support form — we do not ask for a reason, and a yearly term is covered exactly as a monthly one is. Refunds are returned to the card that paid. DFY is invoiced separately, and its payment and cancellation terms are the ones agreed with you in writing.

7. Changes and ending the service

We may change these terms; if a change is material we will say so on this page and date it. You may stop using GrapeWire at any time. If we ever stop offering the service, we will give notice and leave the export endpoint working so you can take your data with you.
