From sign-up to your first alert

GrapeWire is set up in one sitting. These are the steps the product walks you through, in the order they happen.

Quick start

Five steps. The wizard handles the first four on your first login.

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up with an email and password, or with Google. A workspace is created for you on first login.

  2. Describe your project

Paste your website address and GrapeWire reads it to draft your product description, audience and buying signals. Edit anything it got wrong, or pick a template and fill the fields in by hand.

  3. Add your sources

Give GrapeWire the URL of a subreddit or a Facebook group. You never connect your own account — accounts we operate read the feed, and for a group we are not yet in, a join request is queued.

  4. Define a watch

A watch is a plain-English description of what a good lead says, plus a minimum score from 0 to 100. Test it in the Playground against a real post before you trust it.

  5. Pick a channel and wait for the first alert

Choose where alerts go — Slack, Discord, Telegram, email, a webhook or any other channel on the Integrations page. Sources are polled continuously; every match above your score shows up in the Lead Inbox and on the channel you chose, with its score and the reason.
